are handled by Sonisson, operated by Always Green Lawn LLC.
By placing an order on sonisson.com, you agree to the terms below.
Made-to-Order Products
Most of our products are print-on-demand or embroidered items made specifically for each
order. Because these products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for
reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference unless the
item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Return or Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or return review if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item, size, color, or design
- The product has a clear manufacturing or printing error
- Your order is missing an item due to a fulfillment issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products without defects
- Items returned due to wrong size chosen by the customer
- Items returned due to change of mind or personal preference
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Return Request Timeframe
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within
7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible
for a refund, replacement, or return review.

- Your full name and email address
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate
solution depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Replacements
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement at no
additional cost after reviewing your claim. Replacement items may require standard
production and shipping time.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they enter production. Once an order has been sent to
production, we may not be able to cancel or modify it because the item is made to order.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect
or incomplete customer-provided information.
